September 2018 chock with activities and programs

Please join the Library in the month of September for a number of supplemental activities and programs:

The weekend of September 21, 22 & 23 the Library’s two co-founders will be performing as booksellers and book recombinators at the SFMOMA as part of the Museum’s Added Value Alternative Book Sale, a project of the artist Stephanie Syjuco in collaboration with the Friends of SF Public Library to sell used books paired in provocative juxtapositions. This event is free and open to the public and benefits San Francisco Public Library.

Also during the weekend of September 21, 22 & 23 the Library will be open to researchers in a three-fer series of open days, capped by a Quarterly Sunday.

On Thursday, September 27 the 5th season of Place Talks gets underway … see the next post for more information!

Check the September calendar, and please join us! Tea and water are always on offer in the Library.
